T’Aura Lux Beauty Booking and Cancellation Policy Thank you for choosing T’Aura Lux Beauty. To ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all clients, please review our updated policies below: Scheduling and Rescheduling: We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or appointment changes. Cancellations or modifications made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a fee equal to 100% of the booked service. Failure to call or attend your scheduled appointment will result in a late cancellation/no-show fee of 100% of the service cost. Appointment Notifications: Clients will receive appointment reminders via the email address and phone number provided at the time of booking. Please ensure your contact details are accurate and up to date to receive timely notifications. Deposits and Payments: A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking and will be applied toward your service. Prepayment of your service is available at any time but is not mandatory. All sales and services are final. We encourage clients to confirm satisfaction with their session before departing, as we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or redos. Late Cancellation If for some reason there is an emergency the day of your service and you cannot make it. Please call to make arrangements. We understand life happens but communication is key to keeping a healthy relationship with your stylist. Just know that your deposit is non refundable and you will need to start the booking process over. You are given 1 emergency and can transfer your booked appointment to the next available slot. You must communicate with your stylist. After this one time transfer, you will need to begin the online booking process again moving forward. No-Call No-Show Policy: Clients who do not call or attend their scheduled appointment will be charged the full service fee. If a payment method on file cannot be processed, or if the client fails to contact us, they will be prohibited from booking until all outstanding fees are settled. Grace Period: A 10-minute grace period is granted for both the client and stylist. To qualify for this grace period, communication must be made at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment time.
